We are celebrating Black History Month this year with a multicultural event that is also part of The Big Draw.

We will be exploring our collective heritage through the context of carnival and magic. There will be a wide variety of family friendly activities: performers, storytellers, workshops and music.

Stephen Wiltshire will open the event. He is famous as the only artistic, autistic savant in the world whose work has been recorded and published since his childhood. He will draw during the course of the afternoon.

Entrance to the Market Day is £1 for adults, free for children.

Hot and cold refreshments are on sale.
