Healthy Living Day

We are holding a Healthy Living Day at our Open Day on

Sunday 2nd July 2006

The doors will open at 12 noon and there will be a range of activities including demonstrations, talks and taster sessions:

* Tai Chi workshops

* Health MOTs

* Massage including Chinese and Indian Head Massage

* Bach Flower remedies

* Reflexology

* Reiki Therapy

Entrance to the Open Day and Healthy Living Day is £1 for adults, free for children. The event finishes at 4pm.

Hot and cold refreshments are on sale.
