| The First Class Males entrance hall is by far the most ornate of the three entrances to Victoria Baths. There is lavish green tiling in dark green and cream and a splendid tiled staircase.The floor is mosaic with a design of fishes. | |||

| The tiles were made by the Pilkington Tile Company, estd 1891, and designed by F C Howell. The design is included in a 1902 Pilkington catalogue for Wolverhampton Exhibition. The main green tile is marked on the back with a P (standing for Pilkington) and the words BURTON PATENT RD No 380753. William Burton was the company manager at Pilkingtons from 1892. | |||
