Victoria Baths is on Hathersage Road about one and a half miles south of Manchester City Centre

 

By Public Transport

Nearest Bus Route is the 50
Runs from Manchester City Centre to East Didsbury.
Get off at the junction of Upper Brook St, Anson Rd and Hathersage Rd.
Walk east along Hathersage Rd to the Baths (1/4 mile)
From Piccadilly Station
Catch the 192 heading for Stockport and get off opposite Plymouth Grove West.
Walk down Plymouth Grove West and Hathersage Road (approx 1/2 mile)
Or catch a taxi from the station (about £5).

From Oxford Road Station
Catch any of the buses heading south out of town numbered 40 - 49, except 47.
Get off opposite Whitworth Park, next to St Mary's Hospital, (after MCR Royal Infirmary).
Walk down Hathersage Road in front of St Mary's Hospital, crossing over traffic lights.
It is about 1/2 mile to the Baths from the bus stop.

 

By Car

From the M56
Follow signs for Manchester City Centre (A5103).
As you approach the city centre you pass Alexandra Park on left.
Continue through next lights, prepare to turn right.
Turn down Moss Lane East (Brewery is on the corner).
Continue to the end of Moss Lane East.
Turn left onto Oxford Road, then right onto Hathersage Road.
Pass over next lights.
Victoria baths is on the left.
From the Mancunian Way, A57(M) / City Centre
Turn off onto the A34, signed for Congleton.
Continue south for approx. one mile.
Pass the Royal Infirmary, Accident and Emergency.
Turn left at the next traffic lights onto Hathersage Road.
Victoria Baths is on the left.

Parking

On public Open Days you may be able to use the car park adjacent to the Baths. Look out for signs.
There is some space for parking on Hathersage Road, but check for yellow lines on weekdays.
