Victoria Baths Trust seek an Operations Coordinator (permanent position)
Salary £12,397 (pro rata of a full-time salary of £20,661)
21 hours per week
The Trust wish to appoint a permanent Operations Coordinator starting in May 2018. The post holder will encourage and enable people to support Victoria Baths through volunteering, whilst also managing all aspects of the pop-up Tea Room, which currently operates during our Open Days and Wednesday public tour days.
You will need to be a team player with experience of recruiting, organising, supervising and motivating volunteers and have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Relevant catering experience is desirable.

The Manchester Victoria Baths Trust was set up by local residents to pursue the aim of re-opening the Baths. The Trust is a company limited by guarantee (Co Number 2841292), a registered charity (Charity Number 1026351).
The Trust has managed Victoria Baths on behalf of Manchester City Council since 2000. Our Vision for Victoria Baths can be downloaded below. The Trust currently has twelve Trustees and eight members of staff. There are over a hundred active volunteers working with the Victoria Baths project.
