The students in the Masters in Visual Anthropology (Granada Centre for Visual Anthropology) at the University of Manchester are thrilled to introduce the exhibition of their final projects. The show presents a culmination of the students’ final work from both the MA Visual Anthropology pathways: Ethnographic Film and Ethnographic Film and Sensory Media
The work encompasses the diverse experiences and studies gathered over the summer by employing and displaying audio-visual work, interactive participant work, and exclusive film screenings.
Tonight's event marks the opening of exhibition with Richard Werbner, Emeritus Professor in Social Anthropology at the University of Manchester, as keynote speaker. The exhibitors will present and discuss their work, followed by a Q&A.
Exhibitions in the Turkish Baths will be open all weekend with films shown on Saturday and Sunday.
