Adults: £4 plus entry to the Open Day (£4)

Join At The Kitchen in the Turkish Hot Rooms, where Angela Boggiano will show you how to make Vietnamese Summer Spring Rolls and Californian Sushi Rolls, plus a matching sweet dessert. As well as having a go at creating the food, you can taste everything prepared.


Sessions are 30 minutes long, starting at 12:30pm and the last is at 5:30pm.

Entry to the Open Day is £4 and doors open at 12 noon.
