The Juniper Project Concert

7 Jun 2019 19:30 -22:30

Adults: £20 (£10 for Students/Friends of Victoria Baths)

We're absolutely delighted to welcome Manchester-based duo The Juniper Project to perform at Victoria Baths. This concert will launch our very first "Weekend of Words" and all funds raised will support important restoration work at the Baths.

Music sounds beautiful in the Gala Pool and this promises to be a really special summer evening.

THE JUNIPER PROJECT

The Juniper Project is a unique collaboration between the harpist Eira Lynn Jones and the flautist Anna Rosa Mari. Creating, engaging, innovative; The Juniper Project have a busy performing schedule in venues throughout the country, often enriched by collaborations with other instruments and educational work in universities and festivals. We are very grateful indeed to Eira and Anna for their support for Victoria Baths.

FRAGMENTS

The duo are thrilled to be able to launch their CD album Fragments with Divine Art Records here at Victoria Baths in Manchester. The album has already received great critical acclaim, being reviewed by the BBC Music Magazine, Fanfare Magazine, British Music Society, American Record Guide and Music Web International, and it has been featured on Apple Music 'Classical AM' Top 50 playlist.
