Yoga & Mindfulness Workshop with Liddy Scarlett Yoga
Join Liddy Scarlet Yoga for an hour of developing inner awareness and outer compassion through the practice of Yoga.
We will cultivate peacefulness and presence through breathwork, meditation and yoga. Movement will be gentle and breath focused.
No previous experience required, suitable for all bodies and abilities. Yoga mats will be provided. It is recommended you wear clothes that are easy to move in.
